Some of you may not realize this, but The Editor's Touch *just* launched last April ... like, less than 1 year ago. I am learning as I go to create a process that not only works for me, but also works well for my clients.
Since the launch of TET I have fallen behind in my projects and have had to push a few clients back from the 'start date' I had hoped for ... and because of that I have devised a plan going forward:

As soon as I get caught up (I have about 10 websites to build and launch to officially be 'caught up' to being current) I will be scheduling my clients by week ... meaning they will hire me, retain me, and I will tell them the week they are ON. During that week I will only focus on their website design project ... and before their week starts I will have asked for specific materials that need to be IN MY HANDS by their week. I am super excited about this new plan and I know it's going to be a success.
These scheduled weeks will begin in April ... giving me a little over 2 months to get FULLY CAUGHT UP ... and right now April is fully booked up ... every week in April is full with a client and their website design project. Which means: I am booking for May.
